| Add potatoes to 5 cups/1.25 L boiling salted water in large pot. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes o@ until fork tender. Drain. Add hot milk and butter, Mash with potato masher. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes 6 servings. |
